Here is some information to help you with the "Portrayed by" section of your character bio.
We request that you pick a faceclaim for your character, that is an actor, actress, model, singer, etc who can represent your character. It allows people to better visualize when roleplaying with you.
Before choosing your Face Claim, check the current character list, make sure that the person is not already taken. We do not allow duplicates of face claims, unless the old character using that model has been retired and archived.
If you are playing a canon character, your faceclaim must be of the actor/actress that portrayed the character in any of the films, even though this group takes place in an alternate timeline following the events of the first film, as if the latter films never happened.
Once you have your faceclaim, you can use it in your signatures and avatars, the model is yours for your character as long as you're active, no one else will be able to duplicate the faceclaim.

Here is some information to help you with the "History" portion of your bio:
Because we try to keep originality, we try to refrain as much as possible from repeating ideas amongst characters or having too much of any one thing in the history of characters. This list will be updated periodically, but as of now we're not accepting anymore characters with the following histories (as we already have some fitting this profile):
-love-children of either Barbossa, Jack or Bootstrap Turner -current love interests for Barbossa or Jack -anyone with magical powers
This list is not all inclusive and if we see a similar history in your bio you may still be PMed to change it. This is just a guideline of things to avoid. Not all scenarios have been mentioned.
Exceptions to these may be made in special circumstances (in connection to previously established character for example) but as a rule will not be allowed.
